Deadlines are getting close for faculty members interested in presenting posters on Faculty Research Day (Thursday April 14) and for students interested in making oral presentations or poster presentations on Student Research Day (Monday April 11).
Poster registration for Faculty Research Day closes on Monday, April 4. All posters must be delivered to the Fort IRC, Room 312, by noon on Friday, April 8.
Registration of student posters and oral presentations will close next Monday, March 28. Student abstracts should be emailed to email@example.com by 5 p.m. that day. PowerPoints and posters should be delivered by 5 p.m. Monday April 4.

Monday, April 11, Student Research Day: Dr. Mary Crowe, Director of Undergraduate Research, the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
Tuesday April 12, Graduate Research Day: Dr. David Carroll, Director of the Center for Nanotechnology and Molecular Materials, Wake Forest University (Dr. Carroll’s bio).
Thursday April 14, Faculty Research Day (Research Awards luncheon): Dr. Steven Leath, Vice President for Research, UNC system (Dr. Leath’s bio).
Friday April 15, Corporate Research and Innovation Day: Mr. Meldon Hollis, Jr., Associate Director, White House Initiative on Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

Registration is open for Research Week posters and presentations. Faculty members are invited to submit posters for display during Faculty Research Day on Thursday April 14. Posters can be registered online (on this page) by Monday April 4. They should be delivered to Fort IRC, Room 312, by Friday April 8. Maximum size allowed is three feet by four feet. Faculty Day events will be held in the Alumni-Foundation Events Center.
Students’ presentations and posters can be be registered online (on this page) by Monday March 28. Students’ abstracts also are due Monday March 28; they should be emailed to Dr. Peggy Bolick at firstname.lastname@example.org. PowerPoint presentations and posters are due Monday April 4. Presentations also should be emailed to Dr. Bolick. Posters should be delivered to Fort IRC, Room 312. Maximum size allowed is three feet by four feet. Student Research Day events will be held at the Fort IRC. Student posters co-authored by faculty will also be displayed on Faculty Research Day.
