N.C. A&T display at UNC General Administration

The UNC General Administration offers each of its campuses the opportunity to place information in a display case at the system’s office in Chapel Hill.  With 16 universities, a high school and seven affiliated institutions (UNC-TV, UNC Press, and the N.C. Arboretum, among others), it’s an opportunity that comes up on a rotating basis once every few years.  For the next six weeks, it’s N.C. A&T’s turn.  At the direction of Chancellor Martin, University Relations and the Division of Research and Economic Development developed a display focusing on research.  After considering a variety of current projects to feature, the decision was made to spotlight biomedical research, nanoengineering and biotechnology.  Sandra Brown of University Relations directed the project with support from David Arneke of DORED and freelance designer Donna Wojek Gibbs. Special thanks go to Dr. Shanthi Iyer and Dr. Jag Sankar for providing information on their research.
